Antique print depicting the battle between the Frisians and the Spaniards at Boxum (Boksum, Friesland, The Netherlands) in 1580. This print orginates from 'Nederlantsche Oorloghen' published by Govert Basson (Leyden) and Michel Colyn (Amsterdam).

Artists and Engravers: Pieter Chrisianenszoon Bor ( 1599, 1635 ) writer and Dutch historian.
